The hotel room was average in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The service needs improvement, especially at the reception — the staff should be better trained to provide clear information and assistance. The food was not up to the mark and could definitely be improved in quality and taste. However, I would like to thank the team for arranging the room decoration as requested — it was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated.
