My stay at Hotel Comfort Inn, Udaipur, in 03rd December 2025 was extremely disappointing and far below basic hospitality standards. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Room & Cleanliness – Completely Unacceptable, The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The washroom had visible rust on multiple fixtures, giving an unhygienic impression. Overall cleanliness was far from what any guest would expect. Restaurant & Breakfast – Very Poor Quality There was no morning breakfast buffet, despite it being part of the booking inclusion. Only two items were offered—Parantha and Upma—which is completely inadequate for a hotel claiming to be of professional standards. Basic breakfast essentials like omelette, poha, bakery items, etc., were shockingly unavailable. To make matters worse, the cutlery and crockery were dirty, making the dining experience extremely uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at in this hotel and had a good experience. The rooms were clean and well-decorated and the staff was polite and very helpful.

Overall, I would rate my stay 4 out of 5 stars and I [would recommend this hotel to others.

We have stayed here for 2 nights (from 8th Feb to 10th Feb 25). We had booked 4 Executive Double Rooms for 8 guests through our Tour Agent - Rajasthan Holidays. Rooms are nice and quite spacious with good view from all the 4 rooms. Room Service was quite good and prompt. Whatever we have requested, they had responded always with utmost priority. They have provided ample bottled drinking water as per our needs. Since we had dinner as part of the package, we have a good experience with food as well. The restaurant had good varieties and options both for dinner and breakfast. Quality of food was also good but a bit oily. Check-in and Check-out was fairly fast and smooth. I would highly recommend this 3-star property in Udaipur for a wonderful experience.

The property is having an excellent location. The proximity to par-tap nagar railway station is the most convenient point. For me & mars mittal, it was more rejoicable, as the function venue, where we were to attend the family function, was also nearby.

Non cooperative staff and toilets are very dirty. I never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Even though i asked for changing room because room which is allotted 302 is the size of driver room they replied bigger room we only give for triple occupancy not for double. Please never book this hotel. Thanks

The stay at comfort inn at udaipur was good. The staff was polite and decent. The food was good and hygienic. Overall a good experience. One that i would like to repeat in my next visit to udaipur for sure.
