Drainage system is not working properly. Due to it water overflows from bathroom to room and they charged for it without considering the drainage is also a reason behind overflow. In my view not good for professional and family stay. Avoid stay there.

Needs cleaness of door handles, doors, washroom taps, bathroom bucket, and in room, restaurant is good. Located in prime location near to railway station.

Water bottles not provided (it was charged, towel was not clean, water from tap of sink was uneven, tv was not working. I did not capture any images

No clean room, no proper welcome, room service is very poor, washroom is very dirty. Complimentary breakfast not provided as per need

But had a poor experience.
1. The room are not properly maintained. Stains on the walls, bedsheet and pillow cover. The towels were blackish.
2. The bathroom was smelly.
3. The door was very tight to open.
4. The food was okay. Better to be expected cost-wise.
5. The phone in the room wasn't working. After the complaint, they replaced it, but the replacement had a different issue (speaker not working)
