The room was dark and dingy, with no hot water at all. Terrible value for money in every way. The only plus is being near the airport, and that’s it. The neighborhood is sketchy and unsafe.
The worst part: I booked two nights, left one night early, and after arguing with the manager over the phone, I only got a 50% refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have never encountered such an unprofessional hotel in my entire travels worldwide.
To be fair, the service staff were polite and helpful, never asking for tips. But that alone cannot fix this terrible experience.
卫生很好，服务不错，前台会帮忙打车，自己也可以用优步，适合转机入住，距离机场车费6美金左右
房间昏暗，没有热水，性价比低，除了离机场近没有任何优势。周边鱼龙混杂。最离谱的是订了两晚，提前一天离店，跟经理电话理论后一波三折也才退50%的房费，真的是全球首次遇到这样的酒店。但有一说一，服务员态度都很好，帮忙干活从不主动要小费，做完就走，值得好评。

离机场近，电梯需要输入密码，很讨厌，没人告诉，第二天早上赶飞机差点耽误了。
工作人员非常友好。服务也很好。酒店酒吧和餐厅是内罗毕的一位朋友强烈推荐的，确实很值得推荐。
酒店的安全性很高。设施方面不太好。电梯在一周前就坏了。瓷砖有破损。房间里有一盏LED灯闪烁。保险箱的键盘无法使用。多次停电。从凌晨四点开始，就有很大的街道噪音（喇叭声）。
服务很好。
离机场很近，作为中转酒店很不错。

这家酒店住几天还不错。它离Carefurr购物中心、商店和临时集市都很近。离长颈鹿中心、机场和国家公园也很近。房间干净舒适，提供洗发水、沐浴露、饮用水、热水壶、茶和咖啡。酒店里有餐厅、酒吧和吸烟室。
当然，这里是内罗毕，没什么可玩的，而且治安不太好。
机场附近最好的酒店。维护得很好，设施齐全。员工也很专业。
酒店内部设施干净整洁，员工也很友好热情。然而，酒店外部环境却糟糕透了。虽然离机场比较近，但周围环境非常脏乱嘈杂，让人难以忍受。更糟糕的是，一些当地人（他们平时对外国人很安静，但一看到亚洲人就变得异常疯狂）会发表一些令人不快的言论。从那以后，我出门都选择打车。
