As these bookings are managed externally, any amendments or cancellations — including refunds — need to be processed directly by the provider, and their timescales can vary.This was explained at the time, and while we appreciate how frustrating delays can be, unfortunately we’re unable to influence or speed up third-party refund processes once a booking has been made through them.We aim to be clear and transparent about our hotel offering across all booking platforms and appreciate all feedback as part of our ongoing efforts to review and improve the guest experience.If you require further updates on your refund, we would recommend continuing contact with your booking provider, who will be best placed to assist.
