Had to switch rooms our first was so awful, broken tiles, black mold and dust coated the ac, leak in bathroom and broken mirror. Front seat staff was great and very helpful. Breakfast good. But hotel most definitely needs some TLC

The pool and hot tub was closed for repairs. The manager said they had found cracks in both of them. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and the area around the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly.

Disappointed and Disgusted.
Got there and the pool was out of order. Room was filthy. Dirty foot prints all over the bathroom. Mouse poop in the corner of the foyer. Shampoo and Conditioner dispensers were empty. Only 1 wash rag for 3 people. Was super disappointed!!!

Property A/C unit in room #302 was broken. Thr staff did accommodate us and move us to a better room with working A/C. The "clean" towels had previous stains on them. Not something you want to use to start a fresh day. No coffee was ready when breakfast was said to start. I'd say it's only a good hotel for a quuck stay.

Very welcoming staff, room comfortable but did have some signs of wear/tear and a lower cost flip job (could see old paint color where top coat scratched, paint flakes sitting in the vent of the AC, makeup mirror in bathroom broken and loose fixtures). It was perfect for a stay to attend a local wedding and the breakfast in the morning was quite adequate. Nothing super fancy, but was clean and allowed for a good night sleep. Would stay again.

Someone was at the front desk to greet us. The rooms were clean and ac worked well. I felt safe and it was nice and quiet. Dining options were very close.

only issue was i showed up with 2 kids and the pool wasn’t available.. they were deviated.. i just wish i knew the pool wasn’t available i would have stayed somewhere else

Expected much better for the price
Light bulbs missing in room fixtures, light fixture on mirror in bathroom didn’t work, temp in hallways extremely warm.
Service, comfort in room, and cleanliness was good.
