Hotel, food and its facilities are average. Receptionist was rude without any reason and did not know how to treat guests. Receptionist was confused with my final bill and tried to overcharge me. Hotel need to upgrade a few facilities and train its staff. I would not recommend this hotel.

The worst restaurant in Mathura, they are spoiling the reputation earned by Brijwasi by selling stale food items. Recently, I ordered a thali and the rotis were not fresh and smelled of some chemical. They do serve leftovers from wedding parties. When I talked to the manager he tried to threaten me by calling the guards. I won't recommend this place anymore, I would request tourists to not prey on such big names. There are far better places available in Mathura.

This hotel was our base as we travelled to surrounding places, like: Vrindavan, Gokil, Dauji. On arrival, we were given the biggest room ever! It had two king size beds and lots and lots of space!!! There were also sofa, a small table, a big flat screen TV, AC, but no cupboards. Our room had tea/coffee station with ample of tea and coffee supply and was refilled promptly. Breakfast/meals were not included in the package. I don't think there was an option of incuding these. There was Brijwasi restaurant on the ground floor. Hotel was busy most of the time, hence hot food was guaranteed. I particularly did not like anything apart from their delicious rasgulla, rasmalai and rabdi. They were to die for! All other food, although it was freshly made, were not up to the standard, and bit over priced too! I would not recommend masala dosa! Reception staff and other staff were lovely and very helpful. The area in which this hotel is, very crowded, very dirty, but not far from other places. You can get e-rickshaw, which will take you anywhere in the city. We were in Mathura for 4 days, so thoroughly enjoyed all the visitors attractions. I would say, three days would be enough though. I found whole city very dirty though! The people were lovely. Rickshaw drivers were lovely and friendly.

a okay option in mathura standard 2.5* hotel but much overhyped, food is average but expensive a food court serving below avg. south indian & chinese food, though thier north indian & chhats are nice thats the only saving grace, always flocked by indian NRIs just coz its Brijwasi, there are much better options nearer to Yamuna Ghat at much lower prices.

The hotel was value for money. The rooms were clean and professionally maintained. Toilet was clean except the plumbing joints loose in some places ( water leaks on the floor) . The location is central ( Near Railway station... 2 Kms) and the staff was cooperative. Dank smell on the corridor due to musty carpets but otherwise will stay again. Best thing was that there is a large Brijwasi food and sweets outlet on the ground floor.

i had visited this hotel on January 20th and couple of occassions in thier restaurent. The restuarent is good with limited food options . The crowd visiting the hotel majorly enjoying thier sweets, limited food and snacks items such as Paav Bhaji etc. This is not a fine dine restaurent , but focusing on the chat and snack type . I did not stay this hotel this time. The sweets are having good quality. Food is also good especially the north Indian delicasies.

The property is good but the worst part is that the management does not know how to manage it. I was asked for 50% extra charges for early eheck in at around 10 am in the morning but somehow after repeated request I was alloted a room at around 10.45 am. No room service. You have to go downstairs stand in a queue to collect token for morning tea. You will be very unlucky if the restaurent is crowded as they stop serving tea whenever there is crowd in the restaurent. The management need to work on basic hotel management and customer service.

We stopped here 40 mins before Mumbai bound Rajdhani Express arrival for packed dinner boxes. Rs 245 per packed box had good food except they provide tandoori roti and naan which could have been better quality. We expected thin tawa roti phulkad with packed box. Maybe they need to add that option. Food was delicious and good. But the packing done was hard and it was difficult to open in moving train.
