The atmosphere of wind chimes retreat was very excellent and they have their own coffee plantation in huge area where we can go for a walk. Though the location was far from city but very peace. The rooms are of very big size and clean with huge bathrooms. The room service and staff was very helpfull and responsive . The food was very delicious and the main chef was very kind . Kailash the manager responds very calmly and is helpfull too. If u visit coorg definitely stay here.

Excellent property and very good hospitality. The staff was very caring and accomodated our requests well. The property ambience was too good. It is little away from main road, hence vehicle if needed. Kailash, Ashok, Iqbal and other staff members were polite and made us completely at ease. They also upgraded our rooms as it was off season, and rooms were not occupied. Would recommend this for a stay.

A well maintained stay with all comforts in the midst of nature. The staff is very friendly & professional too! Food is tasty and they provide a decent spread! The resort also arranged a short walk in the coffee plantation and to river which is close-by which I believe is River Cauvery. Overall we enjoyed our stay & glad we chose this place.

It was an unexpected experience,the resort and surroundings were really good.A property with coffee plantation around and all the services were good.The staffs and service were really exceptional.December time had fog in morning which also added beauty to our trip.

Justin is a wonderful manager, loved interacting with him. Property is well built and maintained. Only problem that i had was the time of service. Other than that a perfect weekend getaway. thanks keep it up citrine team. Mr Devraj wel done in selecting a perfect team.

Went for a weekend getaway with friends and had an amazing time. The place is beautiful with amazing scenic views. They had really good and efficient staff who were very polite. The rooms were lovely and the food as well.Its a must visit place in coorg.

They make the place worth the superlative experience. eco friendly. Wonderful Stay / Kind and helping Staff.It is a nice place to relax right inside the town.Everyone in Restaurant was Awesome, Nothing much everything was good.

The place is awesome with nice location. The rooms are very beautiful with nice view. Staff is very nice. We came 3 families and later thought that one day is not enough to explore and enjoy this location. One can enjoy their privacy within this property as this is around 50 acres area.
