Avoid at any cost I typically leave positive feedback, but in this instance, I am still in shock over my experience. While the apartment was generally clean, the shower was slightly dirty, which I overlooked. However, the bedroom had two large holes in the window, which I assume were intended to address the lack of air conditioning. Unfortunately, these holes caused significant noise disturbances, and even with earplugs, I struggled to get any sleep. Additionally, the bedsheets were in poor condition and so worn that I had to rely on my own travel bed sheets, thankfully available. Another concerning issue was that the cleaner in the neighboring apartment was handling an extremely foul-smelling mattress, which had an odor of urine, in the shared corridor. This was very disruptive and unpleasant for other guests. Aside from the convenient central location, I do not feel that this apartment was worth booking. I even chose to leave a night earlier than my reservation, but despite the circumstances, I was informed there would be no refund, which I find unacceptable. The staff’s response was also quite rude. Let me know if you need further adjustments!

The apartment is in a great central location and overall, not bad. The only downside was a large hole in the bedroom window, which made it quite noisy(and a bit of smelly carpet 🤣) Otherwise, the space was clean. The hostess over the phone was very polite and helpful, so as the cleaning lady was exceptionally friendly.
