I checked out after one night even though I paid for three because there was a roach in the kitchenette area. Staff was nice and everything else was fine. They refunded my deposit right away. I need to request a refund for 2 nights from *******. Staff checked to see if he could refund two nights. No go because of this 3rd party booking, but I appreciate that he was willing to check it out.

hotel was clean, everything seems to be clean, bed was comfortable, good location, I would stay there again, good for the value, was not noisy, the only problem was at night or when the room was dark baby roaches would come out, they were so small almost not noticeable and blended in with the countertop. I told the front desk, they said it's hard to keep them out with people bringing food and cooking. It wasn't like they were running all over the place, but they were there. hopefully they can get them under control.

The pillows, bed and linen smells like body odor. I had to get some febreeze just to stay in the room.

This place reeks of cigarette smoke even if the room is for a nonsmoker, the room is dirty and has cockroaches all around the room my stay was not at all pleasant and I would never recommend this place to anyone at all.

The manager was rude and the room had stains on the wall (looked like blood splatter) and hair left on the sheets that wasn't ours.
