The pictures of the kitchen and livingroom was not from the apartement we got. The pictures shown were a very big reason why we choose that accommodation. The apartemnt we got wasn't worth that much money.
There where no coffeemaker as promised and the legs on the kitchen table where loose it almost fell apart. The location was perfect, cloose to London bridge station and the Metro and shops to buy food.

I recently stayed at Urban Stay for a business trip and I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great. The hotel was close to all the attractions I wanted to visit and the public transport links were excellent. The breakfast was delicious and the bar was a great place to relax after a long day. I would definitely recommend Urban Stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

I traveled to London in February for a business along with my family (husband and daughter). It was a wonderful stay. The property is good. It is cleaned with all the amenities available. No disturbance from the owner.
They might block 25k per person as security in case you damage the property however we received the full refund as no damage was done.
Facilities - Indian restaurant is available nearby - Rajasthan (We use to have our lunch and dinner here, highly recommended) and few other within 1 km range
London Bridge in 200 m radius
Tesco and Amazon fresh - Incase of grocery
Tube train - Monument (300 m walk from Apartment)
Overall a wonderful stay, we loved it.

We have booked this hotel for 3 days and we really enjoy our stay in this hotel. The rooms was comfortable and clean. Hospitality was also incredible. Definitely consider this for our coming trips. Highly recommended
住宿条件还行，有两个房间，一间客厅，一间厨房，还有两张双人床。
卫生状况不太好，不知道酒店多久没打扫了，地板上到处都是灰尘。
我在入住前5天支付了240（韩元/币种），但是一直没有收到任何关于入住指引的邮件或电话。我还问了是否可以提前入住，但也没有得到任何回复。我每天都打电话和发邮件询问，但他们总是不停地重复“我们会查一下然后告诉你”这句话，简直是在敷衍了事，根本不理我。
我给Trip.com打电话，要求他们帮忙确认，但是别指望了，Trip.com的服务太差了。他们也只会说“我们会尽快核实”，但什么问题都解决不了，最后竟然让我自己去联系酒店，真是好笑。
预订酒店的地方也一样，我给他们打了无数次电话，他们总是说“好的，马上发给你，我们会查一下”，诸如此类的话。
直到入住前一小时，我仍然没有收到门禁密码。我一直打电话，终于打通了，才勉强告诉了我密码，我赶紧记了下来。
Trip.com只会说“对不起，我们会给你积分”，打电话过去他们就是这么说的，但根本解决不了任何问题。最后，我不得不一直打电话确认，结果从第一天开始行程就被打乱了，孩子们也等得很累，我都要气病了，整个旅行都毁了。

位置不错，靠近伦敦金融城的纪念碑，自动门禁系统运行正常，虽然入口大厅略显逊色，而且需要重新粉刷一下。公寓设施齐全，适合自助式住宿，非常温暖，装修也挺酷的，但缺点是淋浴区很脏，洗手池排水很慢，电视也坏了。这些都是小问题，一个小时就能解决，但显然房东并没有把检查房屋设施放在首位。真是可惜，因为本来这套房子非常接近完美。

虽然看起来还不错。屋顶开始漏水的时候，我打了8次紧急电话！！8次！！直到我告诉他们漏水太多，到早上就没地方租了，他们才接听！！断路器断了！厨房没灯！水从天花板的灯具里涌进来！我们头顶上的警报响个不停，就像第三次世界大战一样！！！到现在还是没有短信或电话！一点动静都没有！！
我们在伦敦住了一周。公寓很舒适，虽然不大，但非常方便。所有便利设施一应俱全，而且装修现代高效。工作人员随时为您解答任何问题。地理位置优越，位于市中心，距离超市、地铁站和景点（圣保罗大教堂、纪念碑、泰特现代美术馆和环球剧场）仅几步之遥。
