I am sorry to say that this beautifull place has a terrible staff, I went there with my company an forgot in my room 2 pairs of shoes in a dresser. Both pairs were in a bag and when I called the hotel 2 days after I checked out( because I unpacked only 2 days after I forgot about the shoes) and told them my problem, they said that they found only one pair of shoes. Of corse, the shoes that were found were not as new, pretty or expensive as the shoes they did not found. I called the manager but he seemed like he did not care, as if this situation was normal. Shame on you guys, we wonder why Romania is avoided by many, well, you guys seem to prove them right. Very very dissapointed!

酒店回复: Dear guests, Unfortunately, the second pair of sneakers was not found. All lost items in our locations that were found were shipped to the owners. It is possible that the sneakers you are talking about may have been lost elsewhere. Until now, we have not had clients who have not recovered their forgotten things in our locations.

我们在Conacul & Ambient酒店住了五天，对千篇一律的早餐感到厌倦。
房间很漂亮，宽敞，而且有两个房间，很棒。
除此之外，它没什么特别的……泳池比照片上看起来小得多。
罗马尼亚的五星级酒店根本比不上德国的😉。
