Almost everything was excellent. One thing I would suggest would be a grab bar on the back wall of the walk-in shower between the entry and the shower head end. Some of we old people have balance issues and such a grab bar would largely eliminate that as a challenge..

The Staff was AMAZING! The young man at front, (sadly I did not get his name) and Owen the valet was super pleasant, high energy and treated us like we were friends. My ONLY complaint was the cleaning room woman who LIED to our face when we asked if she was going to clean our room. She said yes and when we came back later that day, it was not cleaned. Beyond that it was an amazing stay and we look forward to coming back to Asheville and staying there again.

This is an excellent place to stay if you want to explore downtown Asheville. It's an easy walking distance from many shops and restaurants, and the hotel itself is comfortable and beautiful with a rooftop bar that has great views.

Our stay was great in every way. The beds and pillows were great. Staff was so helpful and friendly. And the elevators were fast!

Enjoyed our stay…..for the most part!
Very nice hotel in a great location! It was lacking though. There is not enough storage for clothes…..maybe if you’re all alone. We didn’t have enough face cloths and towels and had to ask for more. Parking is $19.00/day and with the price of the room, it should be free! This isn’t Chicago! We wanted to stay an extra day (a Saturday) but the cost of another night skyrocketed to over $500! Complimentary coffee was a Keurig in the lobby…Com’on!! Really? Location and cleanliness saved the day.

Loved the convenience of walking to everything. Room was comfortable and clean. Valet parking on site. Restaurant was very good - would suggest they need a little more help behind the bar. There is a great roof top bar for sunset watching but it was difficult to order drinks because the bar tenders were so overwhelmed.

服务很棒，员工都很友好，总是面带微笑。酒店位置也很好，基本上所有著名的餐厅和咖啡馆都可以步行到达。著名的比特摩尔庄园也只有10分钟车程，非常近。强烈推荐，下次一定会再来。
景色绝佳。11楼的落地窗让每一处景色都令人叹为观止。房间宽敞明亮，充满现代感。前往大部分区域都很方便。代客泊车服务一流。4楼的海明威餐厅味道鲜美。提供萨尔萨舞课程。步行即可轻松抵达商店。简直完美。
