We were greeted immediately upon arrival! Staff was very friendly and super helpful, made an excellent suggestion for us for dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay. The buffet breakfast was great with enough choices for a full filling breakfast. The only problem we had was that the pillows were too soft even when we stacked four pillows together they still did not provide the firmness that I wanted. The staff were friendly and apologized for the pillows- hopefully there will be some firm pillows for our next stay.

Aside from a completely inedible buffalo chicken wrap from the in-house restaurant (that they credited me for upon checkout when I just casualty mentioned it in passing) - this place was beautiful.
Great room with two queens and a pull out couch, which we needed because we were one couple and two singles who didn't want to share a bed. Fairfield is one of the VERY FEW facilities that offered this option during our 12-day travels through AB & BC.
Aside from great facilities, kind and attentive staff, and easy parking, another highlight was the breakfast that was included with the room. Fairly large and plentiful variety of items, and everything was really good (except maybe they could not crisp up the bacon so much that it turns to dust when you bite it).
This was the seeding Fairfield facility during our trip. and I highly recommend them.
