Great basic hotel. We have stayed here twice both times the computer system at check in were down and caused delays. The front desk gentleman Garret was kind and apologetic. He is a highlight and should been valued. The elevator was making scary noises so we took the stairs. Nothing was bad but get the computers fixed.

I was charged again for my stay after paying in advance through *******. Room & staff were ok (obviously not whoever processed my CC when I had already paid beforehand). I have opened a dispute with my CC company & submitted the paid in full in invoice I received from ******* to that CC company.

Rooms and hotel were very clean. Parking was easy and convenient. Hotel is right behind a really nice Walmart which makes picking up necessities easy. Only complaint was breakfast. It wasnt horrible, just wasn't that great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of channels to choose from in the room on the tv.

Parking area was good though it fills up quickly. Most breakfast’s in Hampton inn’s are good but need healthier quality options.

房间干净整洁好评。酒店还有早餐，天天都是那几样吃腻了。一直有免费热水和咖啡供应这点好评，周边有个沃尔玛购物方便。
办理入住时，白人大胖丫头专门给我们安排了我先前要求特别不想住的位置的房间，要求其调换时，她说他们没收到我之前的特别的要求。还说只有一间可换的房间。这个季节和位置，不可能像她陈述的那么满。明摆着不想好好服务。严重投诉！
太喜欢了！我会把这家汽车旅馆推荐给所有人。服务很棒，房间也很干净。保洁服务是我见过最棒的。早餐也很丰盛。
