Parking is very inconvenient back of hotel to LL and out back door. we checked in Wed and one elevator was broken the whole time we were there. checked out on Sat. Breakfadt buffet very minimsl. need mire vsriety of fruit. check in staff OK not overly friendly

The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly.

We areived with our kids, only to find out the pool was not open. We choose hotels specifically with pools and could have gone to a more affordable one, if we would have known this! This girl working was very nice. We booked a King suite and unfortunately the bed a pull out were both hard as a rock. We will not being staying here again, especially at the price we paid! I only gave 3 stars because the front desk girl was so nice, otherwise it would be a 1-2 star

The reason I am giving this motel 2 stars is because the pool was broken or out of order for our stay. We were there for a weekend of playing baseball definitely something that would be necessary. They did not offer any discounts towards our stay either. Other than that, everything was really good.

房间干净舒适。早餐丰盛、干净且服务周到。只有一部电梯能用，这很不方便。根据电梯是上行还是下行以及我要去的楼层，等待时间都比较长。另外，每天额外收取10美元的停车费也让我感到意外。酒店本身不错，位置也很便利。
非常失望。
特意预订了特大床房，结果没有空房。无法连接网络。早餐还不错。
进出方便。附近有很多餐饮选择。工作人员非常友好热情。沙发床对孩子们来说非常舒适。
一切都如预期——斯普林希尔是万豪酒店——我期待最好的。
