The hotel was very clean. Great customer service. We had a small issue with the shower door. The shower door did not close right because it did not sealed and water was leaking on the floor. I brought it up to front desk and they immediately placed us in another room. Thank you.

The air conditioner was very loud, and sounded like it was about to die. The fire alarm blinked like a strobe light. The clock's green light was extremely bright and illuminated the whole room. The shelf in the shower was tiny and inaccessible without physically stepping into the shower. I requested no housekeeping, but our room was cleaned and the beds were made anyway. Postives: the bed was comfortable.

Drip drip

Two different rooms and both their showers were leaking drip drip drip all I heard all night as a schizophrenic. It was really bothersome. I do think Victor, though he did a good job of giving me a different room, but I don’t know if it’s the way they pipes are they just need to remodel, but it seems like those shower faucets are real drip are really leaky

Rooms were dated every door there looked like the room had been broken into. Smelled moldy. The renovation going on upstairs is understandable, but this hotel should.be shut down completly until all renovations are complete.
