Nothing seemed unique but we were put in an accessible room and that was very good for two ladies with canes. We were pleased.

Liked the friendly staff and quick response to requests. Did not like broken fridge and broken hair dryer. I was offered space in the kitchen freezer (not convenient) and given a backup hair dryer (also bit inconvenient - after needed). Breakfast was good - especially gluten free options (on request). Appreciated staff finding us less puffy pillows - slept well the next 3 nights!

The desk staff was excellent.
The woman in charge of the breakfast started putting things away at 9:00. As a result there was not much to choose from in the last
1/2 hour. She was very confrontational when a guest asked about the waffle maker. I too had planned on waffles but she was putting them away when I arrived. I managed to get yogurt and juice just as she was putting them away.

The room was great. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to an issue. Breakfast was good. Need more seating but overall a nice place to stay in Sudbury

Dont think the hot tub is ever working
The hot tub wasnt working.
When I checked before registering it was then it wasnt working.
Sexond time at same hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was that when I showered the water changed often from hot to cold and more often stayed cold

We actually stayed 2 x within a week on separate bookings because our travel plans changed. Nice facility. Used workout room

酒店非常棒，也很干净。泳池和热水浴缸维护得也很好。第一天的早餐还不错，服务员态度也很好。但第二天早上，食物摆放位置变了，当我们询问当天的服务员时，她就不是很友好了，好像问她什么都让她觉得不方便似的。除了这点，酒店其他一切都很好，我们下次还会预订。
第一晚住得还不错，但第二晚凌晨左右，我起身去洗手间，发现地上全是小蚂蚁。当时我就想，洗手间有蚂蚁，房间里肯定也有，但因为深色地毯，根本看不见。我下楼到前台反映了情况，他们给我们换了房间，结果折腾到凌晨两点才勉强睡着。这就是我的入住体验，很不满意 :( :( :(
我本来以为会更好。我一进门就闻到一股湿狗的味道。而且，午餐也是在那里供应的。感觉很一般。早餐也很普通。房间还行，但到处都是地毯，不干净，而且味道不好闻。淋浴间有霉点。我觉得我以后不会再去了。
