We would like then to take this opportunity to address these issues that made your stay unhappy. For our room pricing, all of our room rates are charged per room per night based on the room type. We do not charge per person unless there is an additional guest staying who is not included in the original reservation. Upon reviewing the details of your reservation and stay, the nightly rate you paid were for two guests was the standard rate for the room type that you reserved during the period of your stay. However, as there was an additional guest staying in the room who was not included in the original reservation, additional charge will be applied. Under our policy, the additional guest will be charged for an extra bed with the same inclusive as provided to the guest listed in the original reservation. However, as you requested a better rate, we applied an adjusted charge for the additional guests which covered the accommodation (room) only and did not include another inclusive. We apologize that the inclusive for the additional guest were not clearly explained. Rest assured that we have taken further steps to ensure that all reservation details, including the inclusive for any additional guests will be provided during check-in process.For the service provided by our team particularly at the front desk, their helpful and attentive service were consistently recognized, as many of our guests praised them for these qualities. For the daily supply of toilet paper and bottled water, these items were placed in the room by our housekeeping team after cleaning. 房间挺大,挺干净的,餐厅就在泳池的边上,这个设计不错。距离海滩和江西冷都很近,走路都在十分钟以内,还有海鲜市场也很近。
这家酒店自带泳池,虽然不大,但是很干净,比起芭
东海滩人挤人,这里显得闹中取静,因为就是住一晚过度,所以选了最基础的无景房,一进去发现,这不就是国内标准的商务酒店么?一种一秒穿越出差的感觉,整体很干净,房间空间也够,不过最大的问题空调有些旧,晚上声音很吵,早饭还算是比较丰盛的
提前定,每间价格不到六百,含早。位置好,去哪都方便,五分钟711,十分钟到海边。酒店门口有一小片树林,很安静。门童小哥主动给饮料、送行李。早餐也不错,房间空调给力,打扫房间及时,当班的前台有一个会简单的中文。对得起这个价格。
这个酒店整体也还是不错的,距离巴东夜市和海边都不远,整体下来感觉很舒服,而且酒店阳台可以吸烟
春节期间价格在600到700这样
早餐虽然不是品种很多,但是吃一点也够了
服务也非常好,比较热情
不好的地方:酒店设施很旧,房间里的灯非常暗,晚上开了所有的灯基本看不太清楚,有的台灯插销也很松,(还有一个是房间的镜子,对着床上面没有挂钩,可以遮挡一下的)
满意的点:
1、距离海滩、夜市、秀距离都不远,时间充足的情况下都可步行交通;
2、酒店卫生尚可;
不满意的点:
1、酒店设施老旧,空调杂音很大,睡眠弱的朋友慎重;
2、房间隔音效果很一般,楼道走路声音清晰;
3、早餐种类少,类比国内亚朵差50%左右,个别菜品味道可以将就;
4、前台中文服务人员仅一人,且非全时段有中文服务;
5、酒店突发事件处理能力极弱,没有任何客户视角;
6、到达酒店的路上有一段黑的小路,女生一个人出行可能会害怕;
7、酒店房间没有插销,安全感弱的朋友可能不适合;
备注:本人还遇到了一些特别让人生气的事情(此部分事件与本平台无关),这些事情的酒店处理令我非常不满意,未来来普吉岛旅行不会考虑在此酒店入住;

位置特别棒!因为有段小路走进去,闹中取静~两两边都是热带植物,很有风情。酒店整个比较旧,但是很干净。定了泳池房,给升级到套房,在屋里就去泳池,小孩很喜欢。泳池还给准备了球什么的,想的周到。健身室有点小,但很干净。早餐有点简陋,开的时间很早。马路对面就是一个大的711,有专门的咖啡馆。街上按摩,吃饭很多,走到海边也就几分钟,很推荐,
地方很小,类似公寓,10月订的2月的房间,别墅其实就是复试上下,下面是客厅没有空调,楼上两个房间带空调,对了住这个酒店最好自带晾衣架和晾衣绳,因为衣架不能用。房间不能晒湿衣服,要罚款,酒店门口就有一家洗衣服务店。60🐷一公斤,洗晾干。之前住普吉镇水还正常,到了芭东,水都是黄色的,刷牙的时候口感怪怪的。我是来之前带了过滤莲蓬头,反正不贵也就20左右。早饭偏西式,走到江西冷1.2公里。附近有家mini的泰国餐的菠萝饭好吃的。可以大众点评看,在国外用谷歌的地图会准确点。10月订的时候含税1300多一晚。带4早,还能接受吧
酒店位于芭东核心,距离班赞海鲜/海滩/商场等,都步行十几分钟。周围非常热闹,遍布马杀鸡,烟火气冲天!
酒店服务中规中矩,早餐非常棒!有个精致的泳池。
值得一提的是,酒店不临街,所以非常安静,属于闹中取静!
说实话太太太一般了 人均400一晚的酒店就这服务态度???我朋友箱子拉不上不了 服务员就在这看着取消她!一点也不来帮忙!打扫房间不给补纸补水还要自己去要……无语🙄性价比极低,这么贵一晚床垫一点也不舒服睡不好。想尽办法想让你多掏钱……奉劝大家别订酒店的任何服务,都比外面贵
相对于“高级房”,这间“至尊高级房”环境更好些,阳台朝酒店内部,比较安静,视野也更好些,房间更大,不过七八百一晚对于这家酒店来说还是贵了。
