I like the location. You can walk out the hotel door to shopping and dining. Great restaurant selection depending on your price preference. Sometimes the hotel gets a little too busy on Saturday’s with special events but otherwise a great stay

Great Service
We stayed here for our wedding night, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a sweet handwritten congratulations note such a thoughtful touch that truly made our night extra special.

位置方便，紧挨着商业街，酒店比较新挺大的，但是没有免费饮用水，没有自带早餐，只能单独消费
早餐信息也是错误的，没有自助餐
酒店的客户服务很差，从经理到一些一线员工。我从休斯顿开车到达拉斯参加一个活动。办理入住时房间还没有准备好，我等了一个多小时才办理入住，结果唯一的选择就是一间低档房。我解释说我来自外地，参加活动迟到了。得到的答复是，要么这样，要么什么都不做。第二天我要求吃早餐，前台的女士很粗鲁。
