Dear Brook Resorts and Spa / MakeMyTrip Support / Escalation Team, I am writing this email after repeated unsuccessful attempts to get a meaningful response from MakeMyTrip regarding my booking, which was marked as a no-show due to a serious road accident we met with during travel. After 17 days, I finally received a response—not from MakeMyTrip, but from the hotel—clearly stating that all authority to handle cancellations, goodwill requests, or alternative arrangements lies solely with MakeMyTrip. This clearly indicates that the responsibility for resolution is entirely with your team. I would like to formally highlight the following concerns: Unacceptable delay of 17 days to get a basic response. Repeated generic replies with no ownership or resolution intent. No clear contact number or email ID to reach the assigned booking agent or responsible team. This pattern strongly reflects negligence and lack of willingness to resolve the issue, despite sufficient documentation and a genuine emergency situation. At this stage, I am explicitly requesting the following details immediately: Name and direct contact number of the assigned booking/support agent Official email ID of the booking resolution or escalation team Contact details of a supervisor or escalation manager handling such cases Please note that denying customers access to a responsible point of contact while delaying responses is not acceptable service practice. I expect clear ownership and a concrete next step, not another generic reply. If I do not receive the above contact details and a proper response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels. I look forward to your prompt and accountable response.

Room was good but employees not friendly. Everyone pls check the amenities before booking.... Most of the amenities are not available

Location is excellent.. but the property has gone down in these days.. coz I have been here before few years and it was premium.. now it’s just another normal place with poor maintenance.. the campfire had flashy lights and it would even make somebody throw a seizure!! Food menu previously was very good but now they have cut down on their special dishes and it’s makes it normal and boring

The stay was excellent and the amenities in the hotel were good.
Cleanliness, hot water availability and room cleaning were excellent.

We have booked jacuzzi villa in the brook resort in yercaud for 2 days. stay there was not as they mentioned in their site.1. jacuzzi was not working properly and there are frogs coming out of it . 2. In bathroom, lots of cockroach, leaches coming from the drain . 3. In room ,fan was not working properly, and it makes lot of noise ,that we couldn't sleep. 4. Food was worst and costly. 5. There is no indoor games and gym as they displayed in their site . Overall waste of money, time .

Food is not available in afternoon. Location and staff are good. Hot water are not available for some time due to heater issue. In night, set of people drunk and spoil campfire

We had a wonderful stay at The Brook Resort, Yercaud last weekend with family. The resort offers a peaceful ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay pleasant. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options that we all enjoyed.
However, the bathroom facilities could be improved for better convenience. Also, the WiFi signal was quite weak in some areas—it would be great if the resort could install additional routers to ensure better connectivity in all rooms.
Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would definitely consider visiting again!

There was no ac after paying 6k for room and food was just like fast food, missing all main items in menu and some work in progress in the resort. swimming pool was dirty
