We chose this hotel for the EV charges that they have but valet had let some big truck with a trailer behind it park there. So we could not charge our vehicle. We paid more to stay here for this reason alone since there were just as nice hotels that were cheaper but did not have the charges. The interstate road noise was awful also. Will not be staying here ever again.

Loved the stay, beautiful hotel. The only thing, they were short on was bell boys to help with cart and valet parking, took approximately 20 min, there were 4 people waiting for their cars. But everything else was great!

The room was quite nice. The bed, however, was too firm and In some places I could feel something hard through the mattress; the pillows were like balloons. They were flat but filled with air. Whatever happen to the Heavenly Bed...? This was far from it and made the stay less comfortable. For that, I would not stay there again.

Staff was very friendly, atmosphere was great and the room was very clean. Only one concern (thus giving 4 stars vs 5) - housekeeping broke a bottle of cologne while cleaning the room/bathroom and didn’t make mention of it (couldn’t be missed, as it was laying on the side of the sink/toilet when I returned). Outside of that, everything else was great.

Not the one…
Very disappointed with this hotel. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights.
The walls are paper thin — you can hear literally everything from your neighbors, so there’s constant noise. Rooms on the pool side also suffer from a loud whistling wind noise. There’s a space under the door so light and noise from hallway enters the room.
The beds are completely worn out — you sink into a hole and wake up with back pain.
The elevators are extremely slow.
Housekeeping was poor: the bed wasn’t even made (pic), just new towels dropped off.
One of our rooms they didnt even clean during the entire stay. There’s no laundry service in the hotel; we had to find a dry cleaner ourselves, spending $60 on Uber and losing two hours.
The only positive point: the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Overall, a very disappointing experience — nowhere near four-star quality.

酒店温馨干净,档次很高,非常适合一晚的商务旅行。
那天,我们开着搬家卡车开了 13 个小时,半夜才到达酒店。我们累得筋疲力尽。停车场空无一人。我打了两次电话告诉他们我们迟到了。我们到达时,他们告诉我们,我们的小型搬家卡车和珍贵的艺术品不能停在酒店内。酒店外没有摄像头,将车辆无人看管是不安全的,所以我们不得不离开酒店,在路上找一家 30 分钟路程外的新酒店。我们以前在这家酒店住过几次,但再也不会来了。员工一点也不热情。酒店门前停满了大巴和卡车,所以我不确定问题出在哪里。我们还告诉他们,如果他们允许我们入住,我们会在清晨离开,而且太慷慨了。我们再也不会光顾这家酒店了。
