River front was within walking distance so we had plenty of things around us to do. The room was extremely clean. Bed was so comfy. We will stay here again.

Super close to dining shopping and entertainment, very clean, decor was amazing, food was delicious, beds and bedding was awesome! Our whole trip was very very nice!

Our stay at the Westin was simply amazing. The room was large with a gorgeous view overlooking the city (it was their standard room). The rooftop bar was a treat and we were given complimentary drink vouchers. Lots of dining options in the hotel and walkable nearby. Service was top notch from beginning to end. Honestly was well worth the price for the hotel without even considering the nearby attractions. Will definitely stay here again.

We booked a certain room with ******* and I don’t know if ******* messed up on it, but when we got to hotel the room it looked completely different. It wasn’t as pictured on *******. The Westin itself is a nice, clean hotel. Just disappointed in the room we were given, not what we booked.

The Barn Door style bathroom door was terrible...It offers virtually no privacy and the lock got stuck with my wife inside. Had to call building maintenance.

那天，我们开着搬家卡车开了 13 个小时，半夜才到达酒店。我们累得筋疲力尽。停车场空无一人。我打了两次电话告诉他们我们迟到了。我们到达时，他们告诉我们，我们的小型搬家卡车和珍贵的艺术品不能停在酒店内。酒店外没有摄像头，将车辆无人看管是不安全的，所以我们不得不离开酒店，在路上找一家 30 分钟路程外的新酒店。我们以前在这家酒店住过几次，但再也不会来了。员工一点也不热情。酒店门前停满了大巴和卡车，所以我不确定问题出在哪里。我们还告诉他们，如果他们允许我们入住，我们会在清晨离开，而且太慷慨了。我们再也不会光顾这家酒店了。
