Need more coffee in the room, the woman who runs breakfast is very rude, room lighting is way too dim, trash cans too small. Other than that, everything was great.

When we arrived we were told there was a water leak and we could not stay there. They said I would be reimbursed, I’m still waiting for the refund. Also, the hotel they sent us too was more and I lost the discount from *******.

Second night of stay, no water in hotel. Hotel staff said they would refund 2nd night of stay and hotel staff didn’t refund. Additionally, staff didn’t notify us that anything was wrong until we raised it as an issue.

Visiting Biltmore for Christmas. Location wonderful, excellent in cleanliness and assistance from staff. We are a retired couple, looking for two nights away and it was perfect.

No complimentary coffee or tea I. The lobby at any time. Morning coffee you have to pay for $3.00 for regular $5.00 for cappuccino/expresso.
$18.00 for breakfast buffet. Not sure what that entails because it was a small area and seemed pricey.
Value for room was high for just a bed and small chair. Big room but under furnished for 2 people to sit.
