So first night we just could not control the temperature as thermostat was out of order of our room and it was pretty cold which made it really uncomfortable. We were about to check out at 11 but we got knocked on the door by 10:15 which was pretty aggressive considering this is a 4 star property.

Check out is at 10am, prior to anyone knocking on the guest door, front desk normally calls the room first to speak with the guest before housekeeping go to the room to start cleaning. We had a two-bedroom with fireplace in LR. Corner unit sunny on two sides with mountain view. All clean and attractive. Access is excellent with garage below available after check in. It's walkable to many interesting locations, including lots of restaurants and the troll! Hot tub and pool were fun. We would stay here again.

糟糕的开始
