Pure tranquility and top-notch service. It’s rare to find a place this quiet that still offers such quick and efficient hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back for the "nature vibe" alone.

Chira Meadows gives a great balance between nature and luxury. The Rooms were comfortable, with all the necessary toiletries and amenities. We valued the eco-friendly steps they follow during complete resort construction. It is a wonderful place to rest well and eat healthy food...

A lovely experience staying in a 'Wadi' style property with luxury. 🛖 The dinner buffet had a good variety of Maharashtrian dishes that tasted fresh and homely. The mobile network can be a bit patchy, but that actually helped us relax more. Highly recommended for great unplugging and some family time. 📵

A perfect destination for those who want to experience the authentic Konkan lifestyle. 🥥 The property is surrounded by coconut trees, giving it a very traditional vibe. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities but cozy vibe. We had a minor issue with the AC, but the staff fixed it immediately. 🛠️ The food is reasonably priced and offers great quantity and quality.

Stay turned into a life-threatening nightmare Our stay at this hotel turned into a complete disaster for my family. We checked in around 5:00 PM. At first glance, the room itself was disappointing—poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and certainly not value for money. I was particularly surprised to see two double beds crammed into the room, making it look cluttered and unsafe. Though disappointed, I decided not to escalate the issue at that stage. Dinner was just about average. After a long day of travel, I went to sleep early. My wife and our seven-year-old son stayed awake for some time and finally went to bed around 11:00 PM Shortly after, my wife tried to wake me, saying she could hear strange noises coming from the ceiling. Initially, I dismissed it, assuming it might be monkeys or some external disturbance. Having stayed in hotels for over 20 years, I never imagined something serious could happen. However, the noise continued—louder and more frequent. My wife woke me again. As I sat up on the bed, within a fraction of a second, I realized that the entire ceiling was collapsing onto us. Instinctively, I covered my seven-year-old son with my body to protect him. My wife lay flat, covering her head with her hands. Within 3–4 seconds, the entire roof came crashing down on us. Stone dust, debris, and ceiling material buried the bed. Miraculously, we remained conscious. I immediately pushed the debris aside and checked on my son—he was shaken but unharmed. All three of us were completely covered in dust, stones and debris, including our hair, clothes, and eyes. In shock and panic, we ran out of the room and rushed to the reception area. The reception was unmanned. After repeated loud knocking, someone finally came out. I took them to the room and demanded immediate action. After some time, the manager, Mr. Jain, arrived. I clearly told him that part of the building had collapsed and that all guests must be evacuated immediately. I started pushing to alert other guests to come out for their safety. Shockingly, Mr. Jain and his staff tried to stop me, insisting that I should not wake up other guests. His primary concern was clearly hiding the incident, not guest safety. There was zero concern for our trauma or the risk to others. Seeing their irresponsible attitude, I immediately called the police. They arrived after about 15 minutes. Until the police arrived, the staff behaved arrogantly and dismissively, almost as if they expected me to “manage quietly.” Only after the police reached did their tone change. I paid my food bill, collected whatever belongings I could in that chaos, and left the hotel around midnight. Later, I realized we had left behind some items. The fight with hotel management will continue legally, but my bigger concern is guest safety. This hotel is highly rated on ***********, which is extremely alarming. I booked this property trusting the platform’s rating system. I will be pursuing this matter separately with Bo
