I arrived at around 11 am in the morning. I was allowed to check in. Room was spacious however, it was dusty. The floor had stains which didn’t go even after the house keeping cleaned it. Toilet seat was worn out. Bed sheets were torn. I tried to have an afternoon sleep but the dust made me sneeze a lot. I took this issue to front desk. They showed me alternative rooms and moved me into it. Next room was little cleaner than the previous room. Beed sheets were okay. Cupboard had stains. Staff was prompt which I appreciate. All rooms in hotel were sold out. I feel hotel management needs to pay attention to the worn out stuff in the room and replace it or get it cleaned properly. I had breakfast twice. The menu was same. Breakfast was good. Staff at the restaurant is prompt as well.

Food, ambience, atmosphere, hospitality, service, behaviour all are excellent. Room furniture, plumbing system, water and electricity supplies, TV channels are also very good

Stay with them was good and menu for different things were in my room. Mini-bar menu was expensive but not that much and order was not late. Menu for food was there in which I order kohalpuri chicken and assorted breads which was a bit expensive and food was above average but it was accompanied with lots of mouth freshener. Spa was there which I tried first time and it was relaxing but I can’t say that rates were reasonable or not .

Dear Team, I recently stayed at Papaya Tree in an Executive Room for two days, and I would like to share my feedback regarding the experience. The biggest concern I faced during my stay was the lack of ventilation in the room. There was not even a small opening (not even a 1x1 ft ventilation), making the entire space completely enclosed. This had a direct impact on air circulation and, consequently, customer health. I personally experienced discomfort due to this issue. Additionally, I encountered several maintenance issues, including: Tap issue – Damaged, Continuous water from the shower.
Chair issue – Broken. AC noise issue – The air conditioner was unusually loud, causing disturbances. I strongly recommend that the hotel take immediate action to improve ventilation in the rooms, as fresh air circulation is crucial for guest comfort and well-being. Also, addressing the mentioned maintenance concerns would enhance the overall experience for future visitors. I appreciate your attention to this feedback and look forward to improvements in the near future. Best regards,

1. The property, fittings and amenities look quite old and worn out. 2. Bathroom (room no. 410) drainage was not proper and water was accumulating. 3. Food menu (both breakfast and dinner) is repetitive and same every day with little variation. Its quite boring.
