There was not a person at the front desk. My keys and paperwork were on the counter. We went up to the room and there was obvious evidence of bed bugs under the first bed. Went back downstairs and still no attendant. I called the number they had indicated to call because there was a an attendant. It just rang the phones right by us. I left a message indicating the situation and that I wanted a refund . Also wrote that on the paperwork. Left and went to the best western across the street.

Bugs in my room.. Appently mine is the only one. Ant the bottom floor had a pest spray yeaterday. Asian beetle. Very invaisive. I will be very upset if I take any home. Jetted tub the pump is not working and they knew that before i was checked in. I was booked for 2 weeks. They chose not to inform me before checking me in. Even though they msy have had a different room that may have been avaliable with a different tub. The staff is nice enough and they are trying but the tub will not be repaired. The bugs are still in the room even after clesning.

The hotel was great. Fast and friendly service at the front desk. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was spotless. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Easy access. Lots of places to park. Would stay again.

The room was extremely dirty. Hair on towels and all over bathroom floor. Sticky yellow stuff on the walls. Stained carpet and curtains. Chair was broken. Smelled moldy.

Reserved two rooms, and one needed to be a handicapped room, but did not receive it, even though it was needed. In our second room, the bedframe broke when we sat on the bed, the toilet was not secured to the floor and the smoke detector was not installed. Rooms were canceled without our knowledge for nights 2 & 3. Thankfully, the gal working the front desk did redo our reservations for nights 2&3, and did get a handicapped room we needed. The whole place needs some TLC (sheetrock issues in all bathrooms, carpets well worn). The place did seem good and clean. The continential breakfast was not good. Definitely will look for a different hotel next time.

The front desk was unoccupied when we arrived to check in. We attempted to contact all numbers listed on the sign, but no answer. The pictures posted were not accurate and the lobby furniture was dirty and stained. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came to assist. We felt unsafe and left.

Beds we comfortable but sheets were worn. Hated not having the room cleaned daily. Hated the breakfast frozen eggs patties are not good! Not being able to take towels to the room was rude .

The bathroom was missing 1 of the 4 bulbs in the light fixture. The entryway light did not work either. The floor in the bathroom was dirty.
The juice machine at breakfast was out of order, the sausage was burnt and food was gone 1/2 hour before the closing of the continental breakfast.
