This is a -beautiful- place. I’ve stayed here now the 10th time (first time was in winter of 2019) and don’t regret it. Service, food, location and rooms (I did tents, cabana and bungalow) are great. If you wish to stay at a beautiful place which wholeheartedly supports ecotourism and the community nearby, you should go here.

The setting is beautiful with great views of the lake. The tents are clean but very basic and cheap. The internet only works at the restaurant, not in the rooms. It is also very annoying that they don't take credit cards, only cash. The road to reach the lodge is very steep and super bumpy, I did it with a 4wd but I wouldn't risk a nice car to go up. Food is good but slow, especially for breakfast if you need an early start. Ask the reception for a tour of the lake in the late afternoon to see the fishermen setting up their nets.

What a charming and relaxing stay I had at this lodge. I brought friends and we had a marvelous time!
The staff was excellent. Everything was clean. The food was very good. Great location. On a main road so easy to get to.

Cutest little lodge! Reminded me a bit of summer camp in the best way. Our hut was cozy and enjoyed the fire out front at night. Food at the restaurant was great, we especially loved the sambaza as part of the traditional Rwandan meal. all in all a great stay!

Cosy tents located in a beautiful garden space with a nice view of the lake! Calm atmosphere except for some music from neighbouring bars at the weekend. You will find everything you need at Inzu Lodge for a relaxing stay: great food, excellent cocktails and a beautiful souvenir shop.

Paradise resort set in a beautiful garden full of flowers and nature. Beautiful views of Lake Kivu. Restaurant is rather simple and WiFi unfortunately does not work on the whole property but only in the restaurant. Friendly staff who go out of their way to make it as pleasant as possible. Be sure to take a boat trip on Lake Kivu and go to the hot springs at Rubavu.

Inzu lodge is set up a steep hill which means you have stunning views of lake Kivu when you are there. We camped in our own tent and the eco shower was hot and clean. There was the option of flushing or compost toilet. The food is wonderful. Some of the best value and more unusual vegetarian or vegan choices in Rwanda. I love the presentation on banana leaves of some dishes. The only thing is the tents you stay in could be revamped to be a bit more stylish. They are currently basic, but serve their purpose.
