酒店回复: Schade, das es keine Erwähnung findet, dass sofort ein anderes Zimmer bereit gestellt wurde, welches nach persönlicher Aussage sehr zugesagt hat. Das monierte Zimmer, ist zwar nicht groß aber auf keinen Fall muffelig. Das Licht im Treppenhaus ist funktionsfähig und kann auch bei Tag gerne benutzt werden.Ich wünsche anderen Unterkünften mehr Fairness des Reisenden bei seinen Bewertungen

This property was listed as a guesthouse with one bedroom over a bakery in town. Then we were given instructions to go somewhere else in the the middle of know where. It was a hostel that only provides one room and bathroom. The kitchen and refrigerator were shared among all the guests. The room was filled with spiders everywhere. It didn’t appear dusted. Spider webs were hanging from the ceiling and tv and door ways. No where to walk to a store or restaurant.

This gave you enough time to cancel the booking.Each room has its own bathroom en suite. As described, there is a shared kitchen and half of the rooms have their own fridge. This means that not all guests use aone fridge. All rooms are checked on the day of arrival and the windows are tilted open to air the room. It is possible that a spider, wasp or fly got into your room during this time; it is simply not true that it was full of cobwebs and dusty.It is true that you made a mistake when booking, as you told us personally. You thought you had booked two rooms, but you had actually booked a triple room for a low budget. It is unfortunate that you are taking out your anger about your mistake on us in this way.

Clean and spacious appartment
We arrrived late from a long driving day. The communication with the owners went very well. They are most friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. The location outside was not so attractive but since we had to leave early it did not matter at all.
