Staff was excellent and helpful. The decor was unique and definitely geared to a modern, simplistic style. We are more into comfy, cozy style. For that reason we won’t stay at a Tru hotel in the future. As a boomer generation we had difficulty squeezing the soap tubes, also shampoo and conditioner tubes. This made it impossible to wash our hands and I was concerned about cleanliness of the tubes. I’m glad we carry these items with us and that includes a bar of soap!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we liked the shampoo and conditioners in the squeeze bottles.

This is our second time staying at this location and both times we absolutely loved it. The staff, the lounge area, the pool and the cleanliness of the entire facility is impeccable. Breakfast every morning was delightful. 10/10 experience.

Our room was simple but nice. Had plenty of towels, products in the shower, and pillows. Weather was unseasonably chilly so we did need to ask for a couple of extra blankets for our kids, and it seemed like 1 employee was running the whole place. He was super nice, but at certain times the phone was ringing, there was a line of people waiting to check in, and a line of guests needing help and we felt bad for him! We unfortunately had very noisy neighbors who were watching loud TV and running in the halls until after midnight, but the beds were comfy and we all really liked the breakfast and the common room.

Too many big dogs at hotel. Should not have to share elevator or lobby space with large dogs.
Front desk staff were helpful, but the desk was undermanned.
Room was nice and clean.

Easy access with plenty of parking. Rooms were quiet and clean. Pool temp was perfect.

Overall very clean but as I’ve stayed several times now, it seems a bit ‘bare bones’ to me now. The bed was good, pillows ok. Shower stall showing signs of wear… water runs out back and bottom of door ‘wet’, blistering. Oh well. Lots of nice towels…

The service was good and the room was clean. However, the bed was uncomfortable and rhe pillows were a bit hard.
