好吧,说真的!
1. 房间里弥漫着潮湿和霉味!
2. 房间和卫生间首先是水龙头里的红色细菌,然后是浴缸和床上的头发!
3. 沐浴露和香皂脏兮兮的,上面沾满了用过的干洗发水和沐浴露!
4. 隔音房的门不隔音,外面走廊的每一个动静都能听到!
5. 餐厅简直是彻头彻尾的耻辱,冷培根、冷豆子、冷香肠和冷黑布丁!
6. 员工看起来很邋遢,制服也不雅观,甚至让人无法接受!
7. 房间里没有消防应急预案,警报响了!!
太丢人了,我再也不会住米高梅酒店了,尤其是这种垃圾酒店!

房间干净,环境整洁安静,停车方便,服务规范,是自驾由湖区前往高地途中适宜的住宿。
林子掩映里的酒店,景色不错,但设施甚是老旧。洗脸池的龙头冷热分离,热水很烫,冷水炸凉。
四楼是娱乐设施,路遇一车老爷爷老奶奶的旅行团,他们就在这里打牌玩台球之类。点了一个披萨,味道还不错,符合中国胃。
很棒的酒店,员工友善乐于助人,设施也很好。
酒店地理位置优越,方便探索周边区域。酒店看起来也挺干净的。主干道上的噪音完全听不到。早餐食物的品质一般,但尽管是自助早餐,能享受到餐厅员工的餐桌服务还是很不错的。
前台服务超赞。通过携程预订的房间出了点小问题,酒店就免费赠送了早餐(自助早餐棒极了!)。房间干净舒适,但WiFi信号非常不稳定,在房间里几乎连不上(要站在卫生间才能勉强用上)。总的来说住得很愉快,推荐给其他想在西高地之路途中犒劳一下自己的徒步者。
这家酒店绝对不适合那些喜欢悠闲早晨的人。
早餐供应时间为上午9点。退房时间最晚为上午10点。我们觉得这完全不合适,尤其是在周日。
食物质量尚可,没什么特别的。
穆图酒店的氛围适合那些喜欢它的人。
虽然员工很友好,但他们缺乏热情。
我们住的是豪华房,装修得很漂亮。

位于森林深处的现代而美丽的酒店。安静祥和,床铺舒适。停车位充足,到达入口令人印象深刻。步行即可到达商店和餐厅。
臭虫的不愉快经历
我们在房间里遇到了臭虫,这让我们非常不愉快,随后导致我们需要多天的清洁、洗衣、身体被咬/蜇以及荨麻疹形式的过敏反应。
虽然我们报销了住宿费,但后续的费用却是原来的十倍,更不用说我们所经历的时间和不适了。
这给就医、专业清洁以及更换无法挽救的衣服和家具等方面带来了极大的不便。我们希望酒店对此承担责任,并承担我们因处理和修复损坏而产生的额外费用。
