The most pathetic experience ever with the most pathetic staff especially some wannabe manager Uday… god help ppl who have such erratic people as staff who have no sense to talk to customers … and no sense of booking and giving the desired rooms as per booking ..never ever go to this place even for free

overall ambience was not that great, in rooms refrigerator was not working, towels were not of good quality. expected atleast this basic things would have been good

酒店回复: The above allegations are wrong. Above rating is because you wanted free Airport Drop service which you didn't get. Pls book a five star hotel which provides you everything if it fits in your small budget.

Rooms were good and spacious. Morning brakfast was given at a yet to complete room down stairs. There is no proper restaurant attached i guess.

A small simple hotel in a good location with excellent prices.The rooms were clean and quite with very convenient location.
There are other hotels near by with higher star rating where a good option for foods is available.

the bathroom does not have hot water in the basin and for bathing also it takes 5-7 minutes they don't provide hand towel unless asked for which is also very strange. There is no bathroom towel to dry feet after bathing and the doormat on which the guests are expected to dry the feet is very dirty. Anything more is exorbitant
拉杰果德的圣淘沙酒店是一家相当不错的三星级酒店，淋浴很棒，房间很干净，一进门就感觉很现代，我想说，对于一家三星级酒店来说，他们的毛巾很紧，大多数三星级酒店都会给你一条手巾和一条浴巾，而圣淘沙酒店只给你一条浴巾，免费早餐可以有更多的选择，也许可以点小份的马萨拉多萨，如果厨房里有个主厨，可以做新鲜的煎蛋，咖啡需要改进，也许房间里的冰箱里可以放一些饮料，甚至一些薯片什么的，这样可以为酒店增加额外收入。
我喜欢每次我需要时工作人员都会随时待命。
我不喜欢他们处理我的取消预订的方式。我最初预订了 2 天的酒店，但最终只住了不到 8 小时，而且必须支付整个住宿的费用。
清洁人员打开了我的行李，这令人震惊。
