Firstly the room given was very bad condition and dusty. Then ac was not working so change the room after that ac was not working no remote available at room. Then no tea available as they said the same will be available after 9 am no basic amenities available at room no mineral water no toiletries and towel

Cleaning and staff receiving is not a satisfactory level. We booked 2 rooms 1 week ago but they allowed 1 in 1st floor and another in 4 th floor even though we requested they didn't changed.

Stay at hotel orient avenue was very good and fabulous. Every staff was very helpful and coordination was also very good
