If I could have given this zero I would have , my son paid for 2 nights here for all the family 10 adults and 5 children and a baby . We were the first to arrive used the key code to enter , the smell was terrible , the place stank of dampness , wallpaper hanging off the roof, the walls were wet through both visibly and to the touch , wires on the floor in the bar area , a trip hazard , very grimy everywhere. The bedrooms used the same code as the front door but we were unable to access them as it didn’t work . To compare this to the Bates hotel in Psycho would be complimentary . We were unable to stay here

Bedroom was very small for a standard double. Was told breakfast between 8.30 and 10am. Went down for 9.45 to be told we are too late. Discussed breakfast times till 10am and said we had paid for breakfast but still couldn't get any food. Absolute disgrace and certainly wouldn't book again. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked a one night stay with friends and upon arrival we were told we had no booking by the young guy who was the only employee on site. We both then showed him our email confirmations so he then rang his “boss” who was based in London ?? He then spoke to us via speakerphone on this lads mobile and said we had no booking ? He then changed his tune and said we’d cancelled ?? Now if we’d cancelled then why had we turned up ffs…..unfortunately we were on a tight schedule for a planned event so was never gonna get any alternative accommodation at short notice. The “boss” then said if we paid another £40 we could have a room ffs so after another few words reluctantly we paid the money just to get a bed for the night and make it to our event. After doing more research etc it seems that this “no booking” scam happens regular to people at this hotel so just avoid these con merchants. We have lodged a complaint with our credit card company so will be refunded 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at! I've been coming to Blackpool for 25, so have stayed in many hotels. This one is the worst. On arrival, there is no door bell, so we were stood outside in the gail force wind for 20 minutes knocking on the door. It was a guest who let us in! We tried calling many times but no one answered The breakfast was stone cold and the toast (if you can call it that) looked like it had just been taken out the bag and served without going in the toaster! Plus, they had no teabags or butter on day 2! We were the 1st ones down for breakfast and they had to go out and get some. Surely, this is something they should be restocking before guests come down? The wardrobe was broken, so had to keep most of our clothes in the suitcase. When checking out, there was no one around. We could hear the staff chatting and we pressed the bell on the counter many times but they just continued to talk. Overall, very poor customer service, facilities are terrible and the breakfast was no good.

We stayed here in December, won’t be returning. to get into the hotel there was a telephone number on the door soaking wet we had to call twice to get someone in the pouring rain. our room was small but clean, very dated and we had no remote for tv and the young girl reply was oh that’s a shame and that was it. the bathroom had a terrible smell coming from it, the young girl did come and put cleaning products down and filled the room with air freshener. breakfast was not great cold all 3 days, had to ask for tea bag and butter all the time. no jams etc for toast there was another table who didn’t finish there toast so the young girl gave it a poke and then brought it to our table, we did ask for fresh and got it but shouldn’t have been giving someone’s left over toast. needs a lot of improvement but the young girl was so lovely and helpful but definitely won’t be returning.

Wouldn’t bother! Was stood outside the hotel knocking on the door and phoning the number for a good 10-15 minutes. No answer! Eventually found someone, was completely clueless about what she was doing. Was in complete darkness, very dated. I had no toilet or shower in my room and had to use a shared bathroom which wasn’t stated when I booked! Furniture in the room was knocked over e.g bedside lights. Didn’t even ended up staying there after. When I went back to get my bags a few hours later with a friend, there was a bloke stood outside trying to check in who was always struggling to find someone. No one was answering the door or phone to him and he was stood outside the street in the dark.
