I’d paid for an executive room through ******* but upon arrival there wasn’t a room left and so was put in a basic room. No refund for the cheaper room either.

Excellent stay
My stay was very wonderful. The staff attends to every little details and they do their best to make your stay enjoyable. A staff member -Ope- was very helpful from the first minute we arrived. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend to friends, family, and colleagues.

It was amazing And would love to revisit the restaurant is amazing they cook good food and the rooms are clean plus the air smells fresh
服务真是太差了！我们的噩梦从前台就开始了，等了一个多小时，明明看到我们带着孩子，却连水都没给一口。房间明明预订的是两位成人，结果多要一条毛巾，竟然让我们付费购买。食物也难吃到我们根本吃不下。酒店没有电梯，我们却被安排在了四楼。要求更换毛巾的时候，他们说正在洗，让我们等，结果足足等了两个小时才拿到毛巾。房间里只有一份茶包，我们预订的是两人入住，这让我们怎么分？天哪，衣架都是坏的、弯的，那种不知道从哪里淘来的金属、塑料、木头混杂的旧衣架，简直不敢相信这是2024年！简直是一场灾难！我绝对不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。
酒店员工非常友好、勤奋且乐于助人。酒店地理位置优越，交通便利，附近有购物中心和超市。但是，就我个人体验而言，酒店的Wi-Fi非常差。而且酒店的Wi-Fi只能连接一台设备，最多不能连接两台。我住了7天，全程都不得不使用自己的手机流量。

酒店不接受国际信用卡。双人间只包含一份早餐和一条毛巾！所有费用均需额外付费。餐厅的餐点需要长时间等候，例如，如果您迟到酒店，可能需要等上几个小时。早餐时，您永远不知道会发生什么？很多工作人员只是站在那里闲聊！您经常被电话和敲门声打扰。您无法安心休息。经理要求谈话，但承诺的事情仍然没有发生。付款后，您必须等待收据。酒店离所有地方都有点远，但出租车服务收费。尼日利亚总体来说是一个非常难找的旅游目的地。英语很陌生，有时听不懂。咖啡很难买到，而且很贵！床单和毛巾每天都换。但肥皂等只用过一次，顾客自己的物品也从浴室里消失了。员工的工作安排得很好。总的来说，如果你问一些问题，他们的知识水平很差。如果你不知道怎么问，也没有任何宣传册，就无法向游客推荐任何东西。游客乘坐出租车前往某个地方时，必须自己记住所有地址。
