非常不错,靠近市中心,有艺术氛围,人不多所以很安静,离地铁也非常近,不行可以去多伦多多处景点很值得尝试下次再来
这是我入住过的最差的酒店没有之一,我在下午5:30办理入住的时候 前台先是以正在收拾房间为由让我等待了20分钟 (check out的时候倒是一分不让) 然后我入住房间之后 照片如下 枕头上全是女生的头发 厕所很多位置也全是毛发 瓶子里的水也是空的 然后我打电话给了mod 一个人来了 也没有做介绍 直接进来了 看了一下情况只说了一句sorry就走了 过了很久 保洁来了拍了照片 我说要更换房间 他说他去申请一下 过了2个小时 只是给我换了一个枕头 我打电话给前台我说我要更换房间直接搪塞我 携程客服也积极处理 但是酒店根本不鸟我们
被子上是脏的,发现后联系酒店,酒店表示没有新的可以换,必须要等到第二天,只能将就一晚,这一晚酒店工作人员表示只能拿个床单盖一下,和携程沟通后表示第二天可以换房,第二天上午酒店也说可以换房,结果再过十分钟后又表示不能换房了,只能稍后更换被子,不懂希尔顿怎么管理那么差
总的来说,在Canopy酒店的入住体验还是不错的——酒店安静整洁,无线网络也很好。它离舍伯恩(Sherbourne)地铁站很近。酒店员工都非常友好,响应需求也很及时。
我们预订的是“两张大床房”,房间大小适中,干净明亮,简约的瑞典设计风格我很喜欢。不过,我得承认,房间没有景观让我有点失望——窗外只能看到旁边公寓楼的窗户。我最喜欢的是抽屉式冰箱,它足够大,可以放我们买的东西,当然,房间里也有一些标准设施,比如意式咖啡机和电热水壶。我还想提一下,房间里有个玻璃瓶,你可以到楼层大厅的饮水机旁接水。这完全不麻烦,而且很环保。
酒店很干净,住着很舒服。
虽然离市中心有点距离,但出行还算方便。
周围环境很安静,这一点我很喜欢。
房间很大,服务也很周到,非常棒!下次如果再去的话,还会考虑预订这家酒店。地铁站就在酒店门口,周边设施也很齐全。只住了一晚,感觉有点可惜。
楼下就是市中心一条街,路口就是地铁,楼下有炸**麦当劳超市,走到博物馆二十分钟,前台没有看到评论说的中文服务,房间很干净每天都有认真打扫。

酒店房间很新,附近吃的也很多,叫餐也很方便,楼下就一个大超市,酒店服务员服务很好,我们要求高楼层也给了我们最高的9楼,然后晚上我们叫餐酒店服务员也给我们送上到房间,下次来多伦多还是会住这家酒店
