Its very green, close to beach, 5min walk from beach but not from road, small place. but this is not for us , Indians. 95% guests are white people coming here for Yog etc . Huts are old, not maintained, no house keeping, not even water provided. i paid appx 5K per night without anything else. I think its worth only 2K per night. so if you want to a good short vacation dont go here.

I recently stayed at Bhakti Kutir in Goa and absolutely loved it. The place is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a simple, village-like experience that’s deeply connected to nature. Everything is organic, and the food, grown and prepared right there, is simply delicious. The atmosphere is peaceful, filled with simplicity and tranquility. It’s a perfect retreat for those seeking an authentic, calming experience.”

It is far better than anyone can explain. It gives you feel very relaxing, close to nature, close to beaches and very good restaurant.

It was a very pleasant & relaxing stay in bhakti kutir. The setting & locale is idyllic & laid-back although it is situated only about 500 meters from the mhin road. The famous palolem beach is a short walk away from the property
the resort itself is totally eco friendly with a 'no plastic policy. The hutments are built around tree trunks with lush green vegetation all around. Coconut palm trees abound & dried palm leaves are used on the pathways instead of concrete. The property's energy requirement is augmented by solar panels. Food served here deserves a 5 star rating. Authentic organic health foods served with love & care. Healthy smoothies are a must try. Rag i dosa & besan pancake with 'jackolate' is a delicacy special to this place. The staff are very friendly and kind, very cooperative and always serving with a smile. The kitchen staff & chefs are homely & provide a great culinary experience. The rooms are cosy equipped with a double bed & an extra cot with mosquito nets suspended from the ceiling. There is a yoga shala & a place to play music in the property. With multiple wifi routers one is well connected to the internet at all locations in the property. A serene, healthful stay in a lush verdant green paradise.

I spent 14 days there with my yoga group. This place is amazing- you are staying in the jungle, yet close to the beaches and civilization. I will never forget the sounds of the jungle at the dusk , monkeys playing close to our yoga-practice area and various animals visiting the bungalow. The feeling of being a part of the nature is omnipresent. No tv’s in bungalows was a good decision, you simply don’t need it in a place like that. The vegetarian food was good, even a carnivore like me could live in it for two weeks and the local-made kombucha was just poetry. I came back last week and I already miss it. Wonderful place for the first encounter with India.

What I liked the most is the atmosphere and friendly staff. It is the best place to hang out with friends and make new friends. It has become one of my favorite places on earth.:) When I return to Goa, I will definitely visit Bhakti Kutir again..
