When I arrived on Monday, there was no elevator and there was no TV. The power of the TVs were not working. At least the Wi-Fi was on. The morning of Tuesday, there as no breakfast. It was 6:40am and no hot breakfast was served. People were sitting around waiting. The coffee machines have both a message that says they need to be cleaned.
This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Odessa. I am disappointed in this stay.

The staff were exceptionally good was clean and comfortable but our stay was not worth price! The elevators were out so had to walk

Very disappointed on this place.
1.) Elevator was not working 2.) We go up the stairs 3rd floor with a bad knee after checking in at 3pm to find housekeeper just niw cleaning our room. 3.) No TV channels were working. No signal. 4.) No breakfast available at 9am.

Got dirty sheets, thermostat was not working, breakfast was limited and closed down deli, had a broken toilet paper mount, and told manager and had cleaning change my sheets

The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice tall ceilings and black out shades. The breakfast was basic self service prepackaged foods and a juice machine. Overall a very good experience at a reasonable price. The best part is the movie theater complex with a bar and arcade right next door

This hotel is not old but I don’t know what happened my room was deteriorated. I know we’re in the oils field heartland but still my room was beat up.

This property is new construction. The main entrance lacked "wow" factor and was not very identifiable. Cleanliness wasnt a top proprity as there were crumbs in the foot of one of our beds and a hair/dust ball behind the door. We were supposed to have an ADA accessible room. There were grab bars in the shower, but the beds were kind of high (not very accessible) and there were no furnishings apart from a rickety office chair. In their attempts to be "modern" they didnt have a closet but rather a coat rack looking thing above a very tall "bench". It felt very sterile (without the cleanliness) like a hospital. The "furniture" or benches rather had plastic padding like patio furniture. Do not get me started on the breakfast. Where other IHG hotels have a steaming hot breakfast, we had luekwarm, pre-heated Jimmy Deans that stuck to the paper from being in a warmer for who knows how long. Whomever designed the layout does not have any idea what a kitchen's flow should feel like. The plates, utensils, & toaster were one place & there was a floating island 10-ish feet away with all of the fruit, milk, cereal, and bread/bagels/muffins. So get your plate, walk 10ft, select your bread then walk back to the toaster. Just very disorderly and chaotic with a crowd bumbling back & forth. The machine for coffee was out of order & the juice didnt seem to be installed properly as all were too strong to drink. No one was around to attend to anything including the front desk clerk. We wont stay

Asked the service personnel to only deliver towels, request was granted.
Everything was clean and the provided shampoo, soap and conditioner were the large bottels, really nice.
