The lady that checked us in at around 10pm was super nice. Room was already nice and cool when we arrived, everything was clean and the little kitchenette was well organized and stocked with dishes, a dishwasher and large, dorm sized fridge with separate top freezer with ice cube trays. Room was quiet, except for our own toddler! 😊

This hotel is fairly new so you won't go wrong. Its conveniently located off the interstate and main roads in Cordova. Rooms are spacious and has full sized refrigerators, which was our main need. Breakfast was basic with cereals, fruit, eggs, coffee, etc. For what we needed, it was excellent.

They did not have the room we had prepaid for, for the amount of adults. Very unhelpful, put us in 2 queen bed room. Not good sleeping situation for us. There was no price adjustment, TV didn’t work, worst hotel situation we have ever had.

Great stay! First time trying this hotel we have no complaints, only suggestions I have is we Wish the room had a table and chairs to sit and eat. But other than that our stay was great I would definitely booked this hotel again
无障碍房的房间很大，带厨房洗碗机微波炉冰箱，床很舒服，酒店设施齐全，有洗衣房，游泳池，健身房，室外烧烤炉，但是晚上睡觉隔音很差，楼上0点还在那走来走去不休息，还有小孩的吵闹声，还有皮鞋走路的声音，浴室没有沐浴露，两瓶洗发水一瓶护发素，不理解为什么没有沐浴露，难道是打扫人员放错了？ 地理位置还行周边吃的很多，靠近高速，有商场有IKEA有COSTCO

我们驾车穿越全国时，在酒店住了一晚。房间干净宽敞，我们住得很舒服。健身房也不错。泳池很小，水很冷，但孩子们还是玩得很开心。那天整天都在下暴风雨，酒店里人很多，前台只有一个女人负责所有事情。她工作出色——乐于助人、友善、细心，而且似乎不会因为客人无休止地要毛巾和枕头而感到烦躁。（我不明白为什么他们每张床只放3个枕头，房间里只放3条毛巾。如果他们只提供标准的4条毛巾，对员工和客人来说都会方便得多。）她非常乐于助人，尽力帮我们找到一间合适的房间，而且没有使用酒店的香薰清洁用品（他们确实会用）。最后，我们使用了酒店的空气净化器来净化空气。绝对推荐！
入住手续办理得很顺利，但到了房间，一股烟味扑鼻而来。前台小姐给了我一罐空气清新剂。这是唯一剩下的房间了。我之前住万豪酒店的时候从未遇到过这种情况。太晚了，没法再找地方过夜了。真扫兴！
