The check in attendant was not at her station when we arrived. She was in the restroom, which we patiently waited and understood. But when she finally came up to the desk, she was very cold and indifferent. Not friendly at all. We ended up with a room on the very top floor And the walk to the room was very far. We had to go down several hallways just to get to our room. The room was not clean. The carpet under the bed had trash and debri. The bedding had eyelashes on it. The shower floor was covered in hair. We will be staying another night in Nashville, but we will not be staying in this hotel again.

Room 402: Fan in the toilet did not work, toilet door had no lock, toilet door was not closing, toilet made very high noise when flashing, no microwave in the room, 1 tea bag for 3 person, refrigerator made high pitch noise, no complimentary breakfast, etc.

I wanted to love this hotel, but one thing messed it up for me. I’m a very light sleeper, and was looking forward to getting some rest after working hard all week, teaching and running a small business. One tiny thing disturbed my rest. The smoke detector in the room had an ongoing tiny green light that blinked all night. Being a light sleeper, I could actually see it and it bothered me so bad. So much so, I had to go purchase a black out sleep mask from target for my 2nd night there. Thanks to Target, I was able to get some rest because it blocked the little light from disturbing my rest. I did tell the front desk, they offered to put a ***** of black tape on top of the light, but they never came. I’m glad I followed my first mind and grabbed the mask while out shopping.

Everything overall was good; the room, especially the shower could use better detail when being cleaned -the shower walls were not clean or disinfected -I think the attention to those details matter. Kind staff -overall not bad, but those little details is what makes a person want to return to that hotel. Cleanliness and disinfection should be top priority only behind customer care. And staff are nice so I didn't complain or change rooms.

This hotel was so beautiful! I loved the artistic vibes. The only thing was that my room had a strange smoky smell & i visited on the weekend & didn’t see a bartender ever at the bar.

All around good experience with the exception of the noise level from the room above and beside me. The floors nor the walls are sound proof. You can hear every step above you and even some conversations beside you.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was very nice. Full bar pool table & games in lobby to play and chill. Pool is very nice. Walls are a little thin we could hear people walking above us on the next floor. Overall a great stay 15 mins from downtown. Nice area
