The staff wasn't very welcoming at first, but then Bonnie became more helpful & courteous. The room was very nice. The icemaker did not work on 2nd floor so had to go to 1 st floor and it was slow. The elevator was closed for repair when I went to leave with luggage so called front desk & it was remedied. Bonnie kept us informed.

Pros- hotel is next to the highway and in a safe zone of town. Really close to restaurants, the mall and Target. The room was clean.
Cons- Lady at the front has an attitude and is not very friendly. She was training another lady and kept telling her in front of us that she was messing up and couldn’t do that anymore. If you want peace and quiet this hotel is not for you. You can hear your neighbors from every side. AC sucks. Room gets pretty hot at night. Pool is tiny.

Room was great. continental breakfast was horrible. Went to pour milk out of carton and it came out in big chunks. Yogurt spoiled as well. Waited in line to get a clean plate and utensils. Was there for 5 nights. Was the same every morning.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean. Our reservation was changed from 2 queen beds to 1 queen + pull out sofa due to hotel at capacity. We were compensated for the change but the pull out was very hard and neither of us could sleep on it. Otherwise, this hotel was great!

Outdoor pool was closed. We were offered to go across the street to the sister hotel to swim . They fixed the pool issue and once it opened it was swarmed with kids. Seems like they weren’t prepared for a large group of kids staying at the property. They expected one staff to do the entire breakfast for a large group of people. When we got to breakfast we had to wait for food and dishes to be restocked. There was a large group of kids at the front entrance blocking the entrance. No conditioner in the bathroom. No ice in the ice machine on my floor.

Staff were great. Rooms were nice.
Walls are very thin, and you can hear your neighbors at all hours of the night.
If there are kids staying there with a team, you'll hear them run around all evening and it won't get better. Did not get much sleep for my 3 night stay.

Awesome stay!
Great location close to I-25 and many attractions within 30 minutes. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking/eating essentials. My stay was during the week but the hotel was busy and the room was pretty quiet overall.
