Check in was excellent. We arrived 30minutes early as we had a wedding to get to. They accommodated us with an early check. Room was clean and bed was Comfortable. Hotel hallways needed a serious vacuuming and one of the elevators was out of service.

Check in wasnt ready until almost an hour after, several people frustrated that room wasn't ready. When we finally got a room, the key didnt work. Get in the room, the blind is broken, it doesnt open, the sink is clogged and doesnt drain. There is a waterbl bottle cover and fries on the floor by the bed from previous guest. The elevator was broken and there were 2 busses and a wedding there at the same time so it was very busy.

Stsyed in a handicap accessible room on the 5th floor.One elevstor was out service the 2dayswe were there. The other stopped working several times. Handicap person took 45 minutes go go down the stairs and over an hourto go up 5 floors. Entire hotel was over booked. Why have a handicap room on 5th floor.

Person at the desk was super informative, only problem we had was the elevator was down for a bit , but crap happens .

One of the beds in my room had a very pilled sheet, it would have been like sleeping on sand paper, thankfully the other bed had a smooth sheet. Some of the towels and wash clothes are a dingy gray.

Convenient to all we needed to do and clean. Bed were comfy and shower pressure was good. Had a great stay.
