This boutique-style hotel in, lovely, tree-lined La Condesa that's a quick Uber ride to Paseo de la Reforma is very cozy and convenient. It's also a 20 mins. walk in the opposite direction to La Roma, another lovely neighborhood. The bilingual staff is very friendly and professional. It doesn't have an on-site restaurant, but there are wonderful restaurants right outside that stay open late. And the restaurants in this community are excellent! There's an OXXO two blocks away, and a mom-and-pop grocer that sells homemade items and drinks at the end of the block. The tree-lined streets make it feel like a "neighborhood"...not like you're in the middle of a city. Now, CDMX in general tends to be a little noisier...that's to be expected. There's just no way around that. But I didn't feel like this area was too noisy. Sometimes in the evening you could hear the cars on the streets. But I think they provided ear plus (or at least I have my own). There's a social gathering place on the rooftop. It is very nice, and I don't understand why more people don't use it. There is a workout room and a business center. However, there is no bar, but you can bring drinks up to the rooftop lounge. The rooms are well-appointed with kitchenettes and turnkey. The rooms are also large...lots of space to do yoga. I found this hotel very convenient and more upscale than I anticipated. I'll be paying attention to this brand (Sonder) in the future.

This hotel is amazing. Very cool Rooftop. Right next to many great restaurants. All brand new modern furniture. Our room was huge and had a full kitchen. Massive comfy bed. Better value than any other place in Mexico City. We booked directly w sonder app and got an extra discount

Excellent option to stay in La Roma, the location is great to walk to multiple points in this neighborhood and La Condesa. Also very close to the Centro Historico and other attractions in the City. Secure to walk around is a plus

This is my fourth time staying at this Sonder as I like to recharge in Mexico City before the holidays. Every single time I've had a great experience. The room is very spacious and open. Easy check-in and accessible with rideshares. The in-room filtered water feature was great. Loved the outdoor view from the balcony. Was able to take a few meetings in the business center area and the wifi was excellent quality. I need to remember to pack extra coffee cups for the in room coffee maker. We stayed with another couple and the rooms were separate enough that we each felt like we had a good amount of space. Convenient to a lot of great food options in Roma Norte.

Booked when it first opened and was impressed with the location, amenities and the room. Huge and very comfortable bed made it feel like a spa, and the bathroom was fine. I really appreciated the kitchenette as I often had snack to eat from the bounty of eateries and stores nearby. Everything else was great including the reception, the laundry and the deck.

Excellent overall. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. There is also filtered water in the room! The towels were old/worn but not a big deal. The laundry room, gym, luggage storage are an added bonus. It is surrounded by many food spots, and the area is very pretty. The price in comparison to surrounding hotels could not be beat. Highly recommend.

Overall, we really enjoyed the Cielo building. It's on a quiet residential street, so we weren't bothered with street noise (especially during the night). The location was great, near tons of cafes and restaurants - a very walkable area. I utilized the business center several days during out stay when I had to work, and I found it to be very comfortable (no noise issues - important for calls). We only had one issue arise during out stay: the WiFi went out in the building, but the local internet company came quickly and resolved it the same day. The onsite staff was very attentive with guest inquiries when this happened.
