This property is beautifully kept and maintained. Rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is second to none and all homemade. The host, Panayiotis is lovely and speaks perfect English.

It was such an incredible short break in a place that you could not imagine that exists! The love that you see and feel from the owners for this place is unbelievable. I have not much to write but it is worthing every single moment staying in this beauty! well done owners, you have broken a leg! Congrats 👏

This was our last stop when visiting Greece. In addition to being a spectacular area, this hotel checks all of the boxes. It is modern, clean, comfortable and has a few touches that make it nice to come back to after a day touring or at the beach. Beautiful views and excellent breakfast served to the room each a.m. Owners are lovely and dedicated to making both the property and your stay enjoyable.

Kotroni Villas are so lovely and are run by Panos and Angelki and they are a very welcoming family. The rooms/apartment were spotlessly clean and well equipped ….check out their website (available in English on the site menu) Kotroni.gr Each morning a freshly prepared traditional Messinia breakfast was delivered to our room. It was Faboulous ! We sat eating it on the balcony overlooking the Ionian blue azure sea …a brilliant start to the day ! Conveniently located for the wonderful beaches and Supermarket and petrol station . 5 mins away by car is the lovely Finikounda village with lovely shops restaurants and bars. Nearby Methoni,Pilos,and Gialova are all worth a visit for nice restaurants .
