Came to the area for a wedding and wanted to be close to the venue. This property worked perfectly as to location. The property is not brand new but it provided me with what I needed.

There was a cut on my toe and blood got on the sheets . I cleaned the sheets and bed covering with cold water and soap . The blood came off but of course the covering needed washing!! I guess they were upset because they would have to obviously wash all the covering!! I got a call from the hotel manager asking for my credit card number for incidental pay for the sheets and covering being wet where the blood I cleaned ! I refused to give my card number over the phone to a front desk hotel manger who came across for the rudeness in return the hotel manager was rude stating “I cannot return to the hotel because I refuse to give my card information over the phone especially after his staff didn’t initially take my card information for incidentals in the beginning !! Furthermore Calling my phone number asking for my card number was very unprofessional from this hotel ( Shame on them for being rude ) It was the manor of how they handle the accident , very unprofessional!!

everything was comfortable and easy. Blow dryer didn't work and there was some particles of something on the bed spread was the only problem. Sheets were soft and clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel needs to be updated. My room smelled musty and the water was yellow. Not sure why. The person who checked me in was kind. She took my credit card for incidentals but when I tried to buy bottled water she said she couldn’t bill it to my room. It was cash only. So were the vending machines. She seemed embarrassed. But there was no way I was drinking the hotel water so she let me have a bottle.

I was very disappointed that my request for a 1st floor room was not even acknowledged. I also asked if a shower was available and again nothing. The room we were given was on the 2nd floor, the tub did not have any safety bars to assist getting in and out. As a senior citizen with some mobility issues that is definitely not safe. The staff was more interested in surfing on their computer than helping until my husband went to take their ice bucket out to put some ice in our small cooler. She certainly hotfooted it out then to make sure he did not take it! Like we would want it-NOT! Very limited food choices. We will not be back.

We enjoyed our stay overnight. We were here for a school event and are from out of town. We enjoyed the comfort and the safety of the property. Loved walking out the front door and seeing the large cross just outside of the doors!

Hotel is nice and clean. The staff is difficult to understand and uncommunicative. English is not their first language and not one of the 3 we saw ever smiled or made us feel welcome in any way. We are friendly and smiling but it was never returned. Eerie.

The hotel was good. I’m not one of those people who give every hotel a ten. Those people make the whole rating system worthless. You’re not being nice, you’re disappointing people who are expecting a ten and get a two. Sorta like online dating.
