What we like: Location. 5-20 minutes walking distance to 24/7 supermarket and pharmacy, most of restaurants and sightseeing in Central Yerevan. 3 minutes walking distance from metro station. Amenities (shower gel, soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste, slippers, dishes new modern furniture, comfy bed. 3. Easy to communicate with the receptionist. What we don't like Sound isolation is on 0 level, I would say. We were lucky enough to have calm and respectfully neighbours. This place can be almost perfect with good sound isolation. I really recommend to think it over.
