这次横滨之行选择的五星级酒店，用细节与质感诠释了真正的奢华，从入住到离店的每一刻都充满惊喜，绝对是来横滨的首选宝藏酒店～
酒店地理位置得天独厚，坐落于充满异国风情的山下町，步行可达横滨站，临近港未来21区、红砖仓库等热门景点，前往唐人街、三溪园也十分便捷，不管是观光还是商务出行都超级方便。最让人着迷的是其"东西方融合"的设计理念，以横滨开港文化为灵感，将日式传统美学与西式现代设计完美交融，大堂里点缀的艺术装置、客房中武家风格灵感的屏风床头，都透着低调精致的韵味，让人在现代感中感受到复古情怀。
酒店大堂在20楼，入口正对横滨美术馆，check in前台旁边可以拿牙具等，从20楼开始就是居住的房间，往上的电梯需要刷卡。天气好的话，酒店里可以直接看到富士山。
总体感觉高大上，非常好！
预订的转角房，实地一看，挺失望的，有一面窗户直接很近地面对另一幢大楼，窗帘无法打开，另一面窗户有三分之一被一个大柱子遮挡了，视野比一般房型更差。而且，房间结构不太合理，有一些面积是无效的，实际感受与标注的面积并不一致。因此，第二天上午就与携程客服和酒店前台商量调整，最后虽然换到了便宜一些、面积小一点的房型，但没有转角房的那种不适感，所以感觉还好。在这个过程中，酒店的九岛小姐态度诚恳，解释耐心，努力和我们一起寻找解决方法。更主要是携程客服表现出超强的专业精神，充分替我们着想，反应迅速，沟通有效，尤其是退房回国后一些问题的处理更是让我们非常感动。
房间很干净，第二次入住了，又一次很幸运遇到了富士山🗻附近的markis非常好逛，很多户外运动品牌和儿童品牌，逛这一个对我们已经足够，无需再跑去横滨站了，markis楼下也可以坐一站地铁去横滨站，超级方便。酒店附近有蓝瓶子咖啡店、星巴克咖啡店（在一个书店里）。
每次来横滨都会来这里住 房间干净整洁 大小布局都很满意 行李多的时候工作人员还会帮忙拿到房间 去哪里交通都很方便 楼下也有停车场可以停车 只要一直保持我会一直选择这家酒店
虽然距离樱木站有12分钟步行，但是可以全程在二楼天桥走，还比较舒适。三分钟步行附近有markis商场和横滨美术馆，很热闹。
酒店前台在20楼，视野开阔，有一边的房间可以看到富士山。
前台英语不错，能正常交流，而且态度很好，必须满级点赞。
房间比较新，也足够宽敞。早餐中规中矩。
酒店大堂特别好看 房间也算挺大的 干湿分离使用方便 在房间里就能看到富士山的风景 有健身房 不过22点关门 大堂有洗漱备品可以自取
酒店地理位置非常好，就在未来港，两分钟到地铁站，步行也可以到横滨jr站。早餐非常丰盛，强烈安利和朋友来！
卫生：卫生间希望能有个垃圾桶
环境：整体很干净，和亚朵全季差不多的风格，景色还可以。
服务：挺不错的，进出都会打招呼
位置很好，在写字楼中，就是第一次太难找了，从东急过来楼下就是找不到在哪儿，问了很多。不过后面就超级方便了，楼下还有几家中餐馆，也能听到很多说中文的在楼里上班的，更适合睡觉非度假感觉（对比东急），屋里沙发挺舒适的，床软硬度也不错
这次日本之行总共住了三个酒店，这个酒店不管是从环境、卫生还是设施等方面来说，都是最好的一家，让人住得非常舒适和满意，妈妈还种草了这个酒店的吹风机。唯一的缺点可能就是早餐比较偏西式，从种类来说可能不是很丰富～
