This was not at all what I expected based on the reviews and pictures. The breakfast had spoiled yogurt in the fridge that luckily I checked. The waffle batter was liquid and not batter and when I asked for more they said it would not be available until the next day. Not very clean and not very friendly.

酒店回复: I am looking into this as you are right, the reviews are correct etc. we do have a couple new staff who is new to the team, but they are going to find out today that's not tolerated at all here and your experience is unexpectable. I checked the yogurt, and these here say Nov 6th 2025 on them. It has happened once before as we buy them then they arrive out of date or only have 1-2 days to use them normally we would have sent them back. I will find out why that was not done. If that is what happened, which sounds like it where we buy weekly and you may have gotten one of the one from previous week which I am so sorry and I will tell everyone when putting breakfast out to triple check that date, it's not to happen again, normally we use everything up before next order arrives. I am also looking into who the clerk was who you talked to as we will not talk to our guest that way and when the guest brings something to our attention, we are to fix it immediately with no questions asked. I will find out and address that today as we do have a few new staff but we never do that and thank you for bringing it to my attention so I can correct it. I am so sorry this happened as this is not our standards.

The property has recently been updated. Friendly hostess at check in and nice rooms with comfortable beds. Would stay here again.

We stayed two nights while attending a music festival. Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds!!! Clean. Nice breakfast. We overslept on our final morning and they were super understanding and gave us a later check-out (noon instead of 11:am).

The staff at the Days Inn in Grayson KY were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comforable. Would stay here again for sure.

Beds were hard, no hot water, disabled, requested first floor was given second floor, had to carry bags upstairs, no elevator. Do not recommend and will not stay again.

酒店回复: The beds are new as our hotel is new. Yes, you may request a bottom floor, but no promise was giving. We were booked that weekend as you know. We are only 2 stories and it's on all site we have no elevator. Glad the hotel was clean and no issue with staff as you didn't say anything about them. Which reviews are for the staff and hotel manager telling if hotel was not good or the staff was mean etc. not that you didn't book a handicap room and you didn't get downstairs cause you didn't book a handicap room. Not sure how that is on the hotel. But Thank you for staying with us at Days Inn by Wyndham and I hope you enjoy the rest of your night.

马桶冲水很吵，直到我最后关掉阀门，导致马桶冲不出来，直到早上我打开它。没什么大不了的，但马路上的噪音很大，所以很难休息。早餐很简陋，所有东西都用塑料袋包装。太过分了。这基本上抵消了他们有回收箱的事实（耶！）。
