酒店回复: Good afternoon Aanchal, I have looked into your reservation and can see that the room you booked includes and al fresco tub and this what you received. I apologies if you did not get the room you were hoping for but they style of tub is stated on the description when booking.

The room could be improved better soaps / shampoo etc and a nice smelling room would be nice ! could be better! Also slippers would be good after coming in from the hot tub!
An earlier check in would be better!
The staff in reception were so kind and in the granary kitchen very nice couldn’t ask for better in the granary kitchen fantastic! Very good service staff were fabulous!

Stayed in the little huts at the top of the hill. Really well kitted out. Underfloor heating so the cabin warmed up fast. Would be good if you had dogs because you can just let them straight out.
Evening meal was really nice. Could have eaten everything off the menu. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Didn't use the gym but it has enough for you do do a work out and get a sweat on.
Would stay here again.

虽然价格有点贵，但房间确实是五星级的，床又大又舒服。员工很友好，整体设施也很完善。
我们度过了一个愉快的周末短途旅行，酒店员工对我们的孩子非常友善和乐于助人。
绝妙的湖畔小屋
除了“哇”之外，我还能说什么呢？
这里真是个好地方，我已经第二次入住了。
第一次入住的是带热水浴缸的林肯红房间，感觉很棒。但这次我想试试湖边小屋，于是选择了矢车菊小屋，结果一点也不失望。
小屋出奇地宽敞，设计精良，可以欣赏到美丽的湖景，露天浴缸也非常棒。
我强烈推荐在这些小屋里住一晚，因为它真的感觉很特别。

我订了带热水浴缸的房间，结果没有。最糟糕的是，工作人员根本没有给我们安排任何设施，甚至没有给我们任何补偿。当时我们只有少数有色人种，这种待遇让人很怀疑。工作人员太差劲了。
