酒店回复: Oui la Perlita est une maison familiale, lorsque vous êtes partis il y avait des personnes qui profitaient des installations c'est tout à fait normal puisqu'ils ont loué pour plusieurs nuits. Le jour du départ le check out est pour tout le monde à 11 am. .
Horrible. This place was distasterous. No english speaking staff. Rude, no towels, no soap, no service. Do not stay at this place. The staff are rude and only speak french. There are several other places near this one that are way better. We left this place after one night even though we paid for a week. No refund, only attitude.

Relaxing
The pool was very relaxing, the grounds were lovely. I was surprised that i wasn't in a hotel room but it was nice. The owner made me feel very comfortable. It is a safe place with a pleasant walk to the main Street. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

The owners are disrespectful to their customers and the hotel is dirty and unorganized. We arrived 1 hour early for our reservation and they said we couldn't leave our bags in the hotel. They didn't even let us onto the property. We waited outside for over an hour. Then when we got inside we found out that our room was ready the whole time. We had made a 1 week reservation and left after the first night because the our room was filthy, there were bugs everywhere and the pool was empty due to "cleaning". We ended up staying at a nicer hotel down the street but lost our deposit at La Perlita. I think the owners are too old to run a hotel and that is why they are selling it. Don't stay at this place and don't take your children there; it's not family friendly.

酒店回复: When you make such a derogatory comment it is important to be fair and not to be in the wrong place!!!! We have never received you and you have never booked for a week with us, we have no customers who have booked for a week and left after one night, we have not emptied the pool for cleaning, when we do it the residence is always closed. In addition, when our customers arrive before check-in time, we always put their luggage in a room so that they can enjoy the beach or JACO.

A simple, clean, big room with good kitchen amenities. Owner was very nice. Her english is basic but functional. No issues at all. Would consider staying her again with a reasonable price.

This place is not a hotel. It's a run down apartment complex with bars and security fencing all over the place. Do not bring children to this place. There is rusty metal and glass on the floor around the property. The owners don't speak a word of english. If you do decide to give this place a try, only stay for 1 night. There are better options nearby.

酒店回复: You did not appreciate your stay with us, we did not like your presence and your incorrectness and especially that of your children. La Perlita is a family home and our apartments are not dilapidated apart from yours on the day of your departure where we spent more than 5 hours to put it back in good condition. The dilapidation of an apartment is judged on arrival sir and not when you leave!!!!!! Yes we are close to the beach and the metal rusts quickly but we maintain all that, there is no piece of glass on the ground inside LA PERLITA but indeed there are sometimes at the end of the street and we can't maintain the whole street. We speak French, Spanish but actually little English, AND YOU?????
